Unexpected Delays
In some instances, delivery may take longer than the estimated shipping times. Most delays are caused by factors outside our control, such as international customs processing or carrier issues. If your order is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will help resolve the situation.

Failed Delivery
If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons caused by the customer (such as an incorrect shipping address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package), it may be returned to Mrs.Crochet at the customer’s expense.
Any return shipping costs and additional fees incurred will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Mrs.Crochet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If you believe your package was lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
